You are bound to get damage to keep your abilitys fired up and the possibility to keep you energy filled in the same step is just gold. 254% duration with streamline is enough to use your effigy on full efficiency anyway. Using transient fortitude instead of intensify is possible as well.
The efficiency is still pretty much maxed like that (3 instead of 2,5)on slightly more strength and slightly less duration.If I had Rage then I would probably use it, but for right now the extra duration and knockdown recovery is nice to have (Primed Continuity is 2 away from being maxed).
