Greetings RulersOne Question - i grab this game for free in the last days and buy some DLCs which look interesting for me - the game looks great, nice UI, pretty complexe and i am looking forward to dig me into it - BUT there is one thing that makes me nervous.- these Portraits.i mean - ok, the Game isn't so fresh, released 2012 - but really? This Portraits are nearly GameBreakers - to me - with a bit of overstatement i confessi saw the Ultimate Portraits DLC which - let me say - doing better the same problem - theses generic looking faces. I guess in a game that is based on characters this is a valid method but. I just asking in the look for hoping that there is a mod that bring just 'better' Portraits like HOI4 or so - just painted looked like Pictures that give more a immersive Feeling than these.thanks, greeintings & have funedit:if someone knows a mod that got faces like a kind of this one, more royal from case to case and so but you got the idea - i were the happiest person on earth. Some of the portrait packs are better than others.

Better Looking Garbs 'Customize Attire'. 'A Game of Thrones' is a user modification for Crusader Kings II not affiliated in anyway with Paradox Interactive or the. The clothing/headgear stuff is graphical. I integrated better garbs so there are a few minor changes that need to be done to a few files. The character history also has a note for me to change graphics for ironborn headgear to something else One thing I still need to sort out is the minimap ingame.

They did improve with time with the later ones being a lot better. For example Persians are better than Arabic. The East African ones look really great. So do the Chinese and Tibetan ones.Or compare the new German face pack (from Monks and Mystics) to the old standard western ones.

It's a huge difference.I second the recommendation for Better Looking Garbs. It takes the portrait packs you have and combines them into something new. Which really improves the old ones that aren't as good. There are also some mods that take one face pack and use it for some other culture (for example Arabic get Persians, or Anglo-Saxons get German)Here is a map showing the distribution of the portrait packs. Lieutenant George: Oh, sir, if we should happen to tread on a mine, what do we do?Captain Blackadder: Well, normal procedure, Lieutenant, is to jump up 200 feet into the air and scatter yourself over a wide area.-'Man everyone is fighting and I'm just happy to get some sweet new hats.' - Federalist girl (after the controversial DLC announcement for Crusader Kings 2)-'Games are like sausages, beware of seeing them made.'
